I want to provide support to students who might not otherwise have someone telling them that they can go to college.
Emily is no stranger to St. Clair County - since she grew up in the area, she knew she wanted to give back to the community by serving as a College Adviser. Although she had a lot of great support on her path to college, she knows many students don't, so she is excited to continue to give support, encouragement, and guidance in her second year. Emily's ultimate career goal is to become a physician, and she chose MSUCAC to get more opportunities to build her problem-solving and interpersonal skills along that path.
Fun fact: Emily has served as a safety sitter for patients at Sparrow Hospital.
Emily hails from Marysville, Michigan, and graduated from MSU in Spring 2021.
